Owner|Director, Natalie Fletcher, began her career as a Production Assistant to a Film Director. From there she was a Traffic Manager|Art Buyer in advertising to become a Studio Manager|Producer for commercial photographers. Natalie began natalie lynn models in 2011 taking over nxt|MODEL in 2012 & established its’ sister company of actors, Natalie Lynn Talent.
